When requesting our services, you agree to:

• Verify your identity and prove ownership or authorization for the property or vehicle
• Present valid identification when requested by our technicians
• Ensure legal authority to request locksmith services for the property or vehicle in question
• Cooperate with our verification procedures to prevent unauthorized access or fraud

We reserve the right to refuse service if we cannot adequately verify ownership or authorization. You agree to hold Royal Locksmith harmless for any refusal of service based on reasonable suspicion of unauthorized access attempts.

• We appreciate advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests
• Cancellation fees may apply if a technician has already been dispatched
• For scheduled appointments, we recommend at least 2 hours notice for cancellations
• No-show appointments may be charged a service call fee
• Emergency services cannot be scheduled in advance and are first-come, first-served

Royal Locksmith is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or property
• We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged after we gain access to a property or vehicle
• Our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service
• We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
• Emergency lockout services may require drilling or other methods that could cause minor cosmetic damage; we will use the least destructive method possible

You agree to indemnify and hold Royal Locksmith harmless from any claims arising from your misrepresentation of ownership or authorization, or from any illegal use of our services.
